First of all, we want to say thank you to all of our customers who have pre-ordered a MEATER Block, and we’re so sorry for the radio silence on our blog. While we’ve been getting better about posting crowdfunding updates in the last few months, we’ve received a number of requests to get back to providing regular updates here. Especially now that we’ve wrapped up crowdfunding fulfillment for the US/Canada, we want to make it more of a priority to keep you all in the loop with what goes on here.
Yes, you read that correctly! It’s been a long and winding road, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel! We’ve already started shipping to our earliest customers in the US and Canada who pre-ordered through meater.com! MEATER Blocks will be sent in order of when each pre-order was placed, and because of the high number of pre-orders, we will likely be fulfilling them throughout the summer.
If at any point you decide you no longer want to wait, we’re still offering the option of getting two of our single-probe MEATER+ units instead of the Block to complete your order. MEATER Block pre-orders are also fully refundable, so we can process a cancellation for you, but please keep in mind that the price of the product will be increasing to MSRP ($269 USD) once the product is immediately available. Customers who placed a pre-order will receive their Blocks before the product is available for immediate shipment, and canceling your pre-order will forfeit your place in the queue.
Yesterday, we sent out another round of shipping address confirmation surveys, going all the way up to order #11748. You will be receiving an email with a link to this survey shortly before your MEATER Block is ready to ship, so please keep an eye out for this email in your inbox or your Spam folder! If you have an order number lower than 11748 and you haven’t seen this email, please let us know, because we will only be able to ship your Block once your survey is submitted. Updating your address in your meater.com account will only change it for future orders, but filling out this survey will allow us to revise it for your MEATER Block pre-order.

Our whole team wants to come together to express our gratitude for how patient you’ve been with us throughout this process!
