Dark Beer Marinade for Chicken

We have a delicious, rich marinade for the next time you cook a chicken using your MEATER or MEATER Block!


  • 12 oz can dark German beer
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, then pour over chicken in a large bowl. Toss to coat and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before cooking with your MEATER.
