If you and your family love rib-eye as much as we do, you’ve probably wished that you could cook just a bunch of rib-eye steaks together in one lump to save time. Well, guess what? It looks like today’s your lucky day!

All you need for this easy recipe is to add some fresh herbs and classic salt + pepper for prime rib perfection. These earthy flavors of rosemary and thyme take center stage, finely chopped for maximum impact, as you meticulously rub them into the meat. You can’t forget to compliment them with a sprinkle of salt and pepper too!

After you’ve inserted the MEATER 2 Plus probe in the thickest part of the cut in order to get the perfect level of doneness, place the prime rib roast into the oven and get ready to hear your stomach start growling. Every 30 minutes, you’ll baste melted butter onto the roast for maximum yum!

Once the MEATER App lets you know that your cook is done, let your meat rest and pat it dry before broiling your roast for another 10 minutes. You know it’s ready when your steak has a perfect crispy crust!

Head on over to our MEATER Master Class feature in the MEATER App to follow along the demonstration for this recipe while cooking your roast!
