Warranty Disclaimer

Limited Warranty: Apption Labs hereby warrants that the MEATER® wireless smart meat thermometer is free from defects in parts, materials, and workmanship for a period of two (2) years in the EU, Great Britain, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand; and one (1) year in the USA and all other countries, when purchased from Apption Labs or an approved vendor / partner. Should any repairs or servicing under this warranty be required by you during the limited warranty term, please contact the MEATER Customer Service at Apption Labs. See contact information for MEATER Customer Service for your region online at meater.com.
Do not send any parts of the MEATER® or the MEATER® wireless smart meat thermometer itself to Apption Labs without obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and/or instructions for an approved warranty return/replacement by MEATER Customer Service.
All costs for shipping any parts of MEATER® or the MEATER® wireless smart meat thermometer itself to Apption Labs will be paid for by the Customer. All costs for return shipment of Customer products from Apption Labs to the same address the Customer's product came from will be paid for by Apption Labs. Apption Labs requires products to be returned before a replacement product may be issued.
This warranty is VOID if:
  1. The Product Safety instructions for proper usage of the Products are not followed
  2. Accidental damage occurred caused by the user or cooking apparatus
  3. The MEATER® was used commercially
  4. If MEATER® has been tampered with

Return Policy

Returns for refund are not accepted after 30 days from the date of delivery. Returned product(s) for refund must accompany proof of purchase (e.g. receipt). Shipping costs for returned product(s) to Apption Labs must be paid for by the Customer. If the merchandise qualifies for a refund, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to ship the product(s). Once the product(s) are received, inspected, and deemed returnable by Apption Labs the refund will be issued to the original payment method/platform/service. Unauthorized returns or returning a product to MEATER that does not qualify for a refund risks forfeiture of product(s). We are not responsible for return shipments lost in transit. We are unable to issue refunds or accept returns for product(s) purchased from a retail or third party online store. MEATER Customer Service can only assist with purchases made through our online store, meater.com. What is the extended holiday return policy?

To provide more flexibility during the holiday season, we’re offering customers an extended return window until January 31, 2025. The extended return policy is applicable to products purchased between Nov. 1–Dec. 31, 2024.
For all other purchases, please contact the store where you originally made your purchase.

  1. Customization Definition: Customized products are defined as any Apption Labs products that have been personalized or modified according to customer specifications.   2. Final Sale: All sales of customized products are final. Once an order for a customized product has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
  3. Order Confirmation: Customers are encouraged to review their order details carefully before finalizing their purchase. This includes verifying all customization options, quantities, and any special instructions. Once an order is confirmed, changes cannot be made.
  4. Quality Assurance: If you receive a product that is defective or does not match the customization specifications provided at the time of order, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
  5. Exceptions: This policy does not apply to non-customized products, which may be subject to our standard return and exchange policies.
