Crispy, Tender Roasted Lamb Leg

You can feed the whole family with this simple oven roast using MEATER. Uncle Frank will applaud you for the crispy outside, Grandma Millie will thank you for the tender inside.

Chop 3 cloves of garlic. Chop parsley. Combine in extra virgin olive oil. Set aside.

Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).

Oil and season the lamb.

Insert MEATER into the thickest part of the lamb.

Set up a Guided Cook – lamb leg with a target of “Medium Rare”.

When you remove from heat, rest the meat on a cool surface to prevent overcooking!

When it’s “Ready to Eat”, create a custom alert to broil when the internal temperature drops 25°F (~12°C) below the original target temperature.

Add the garlic, parsley, oil mixture.

Remove MEATER.

Broil (grill) at high heat – we did 450°F for 10 minutes.

Time to feast!
